decent hotel experience
housekeeping staff luxurious amenities incorrect sandwiches long waiting time
the cleanliness was good and the housekeeping staff was very attentive. the amenities felt luxurious and added comfort to the stay (i liked the quality of the toiletries).
i ordered coffee and lunch in the reception lounge, but the sandwiches were incorrect. the car from the valet team took 20 minutes to arrive (the waiting time was too long).

amazing stay with awesome service!
warm welcome genuine interest surprise dessert
maryem at the front desk welcomed us warmly! she took a genuine interest in our plans. she even surprised us with fez hat desserts and balloons in moroccan flag colors. the staff consistently were great for us.
i did notice a slight decline in service quality at noor lounge, but i'm sure it will be back to its best soon.

the hotel offers easy access to nearby attractions. travel time to these attractions is about 15-20 minutes by car. there is also a small shopping center across the street, very convenient.

The beach was beautiful and clean. the water was warm and refreshing this time of year. i also used the gym. It had a wide range of modern equipment.
