the cleanliness was good and the housekeeping staff was very attentive. the amenities felt luxurious and added comfort to the stay (i liked the quality of the toiletries).
i ordered coffee and lunch in the reception lounge, but the sandwiches were incorrect. the car from the valet team took 20 minutes to arrive (the waiting time was too long).

maryem at the front desk welcomed us warmly! she took a genuine interest in our plans. she even surprised us with fez hat desserts and balloons in moroccan flag colors. the staff consistently were really good for us.
i did notice a slight decline in service quality at noor lounge, but i'm sure it will be back to its best soon.
